My 24th year of life was pretty great. It started off with birthday celebrations with my husband, my grandma and my in-laws.
With the fall came football season.
A lot of work-related travel: First to Raleigh, N.C., for a business meeting, then to to D.C. for a work conference, and finally Singapore for a social media summit.
We also took a couple of trips for pleasure.
We went to Nashville to stay at the Gaylord Opryland for our Christmas trip.
Took my grandma on a trip to Hilton Head on the Fourth of July.
Landed a new job (and continued to work from home).
Started taking dance classes again. And I performed for the first time in five years.
I was cast in “The Wiz” and spent the summer dancing and making new friends.
Delivered mother’s day baskets to single moms in Walton County.
Started a Proverbs 31 small group at Destiny Worship Center, and met some incredible friends through it.
And finally (and most recently), I filed the papers to form an L.L.C., and signed a contract a few days later.
I can’t wait to see what 25 has in store! It’s already shaping up to be an exciting year.
